This would never happen. Mario is basically Judge Dredd - he can kill indiscriminately and without explanation because he’s saved the world and its royalty so many times.

Haha, just below the comic i get a Google Ad saying: “Loans that Change Lives.”
Before I realised it was a Google Ad I thought it meant that Mario had taken a loan from the toads and therefore went out on adventures to take coins which lead to this comic, where the poor Goomba is in the way.
